| 1. Download TorrentSpy here:

| 2. TS requires no installation so place it somewhere convenient,
like on your Desktop. |

3. Double-click on TorrentSpy and select the System tab. |
| 4. Click on the "Add the "Torrent with TorrentSpy" context menu
options. Close TorrentSpy. |

| 5. Find the folder/file you want to torrent and right-click on
it. Choose "Torrent this directory/file with TorrentSpy". |

6. Put the announce URL in the Tracker box. |
| 7. Click "Create Torrent File" and let it do just that.
When it's done, close TorrentSpy and upload the .torrent file to the
site. You can now begin seeding the torrent. |
